Registering with North Country Region

North Country Region (NCR) membership is required. Many of the players were registered during the normal Winter/Spring season. These players are still registered. Anyone who was not registered during the regular season may register by filling out the appropriate NCR forms and paying 50% of the normal membership fee.

Adults associated with teams either as coaches or chaperones must also be registered using the same forms.

Program directors should send all completed forms with payment to NCR and clearly note that they are for fall registration in the South Metro League.

The Membership Form should be printed, completed, signed in two places and mailed with payment.

The Medical History form should be completed and a copy given to coaches.
